• The Apprenticeship and Trades Certification Division is currently utilizing a dedicated email address for urgent inquiries that will be checked regularly. Employee emails and phones and general inquiry accounts will have automatic messages indicating the suspension of services; these will be updated as operations change.
• The invigilation of Block and Red Seal exams has been suspended until further notice; impacted clients will be provided information once exam dates have been finalized.
• The issuing of Certificates of Qualification and Certifications of Apprenticeship has been suspended until further notice; staff will monitor the related email account and priority cases will receive a letter from Director of ATCD confirming credentials.
• For the safety of our clients, the Department of Advanced Education, Skills and Labour has encouraged institutions currently offering advanced-level training to immediately discontinue training and advises that students should return to their employment; these students will be given priority status once training resumes.
